Smoke Flavours

At Grayson Australia, we have a wide variety of options within our Smoke Flavour Range:

Our smokes come in both liquid and in powder form.

The flavours range from mild, sweet, fruity to deep, strong lingering flavours. They are suitable for meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, nuts, breads and the list goes on!

We also have two brands:

Grayson which is designed for the commercial use, a stronger concentrated designed for larger dispatch quanities.

AND

Firetree that is designed for smaller industries such as catering, cafes, small butchers but not as strong as required in commercial use.
